1. Conditions for exchange/return:

• The goods are not of the correct type and design as you ordered.
• Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order.
• External conditions are affected such as peeling, breaking, etc.

• Products can only be exchanged/returned within 03 (three) days from the date the customer receives the goods.

2. Cases where goods cannot be exchanged/returned:

• Expiry of the return/exchange period or failure to comply with product preservation requirements.
• Returned goods have errors arising from the customer's shipping process.
• Returned goods must be intact, unopened, with seals intact, without scratches, peeling, breaks, etc.
