On November 2, Vietnamese showbiz seemed to be lit up with a warm fire when artist – director – producer – master Hoang Map returned to an intimate party called “Rejuvenation”.
No fanfare, no distance, a reunion filled with affection, laughter and very real moments between him and his friends, relatives, press colleagues, and close artists.
Artist Hoang Map’s return this time is truly meaningful:
🎬 Announce two upcoming film projects: “Tra Ma Nu” and “Mat Ngot Tua Khoi Suong”
🎓 Completed his Master’s degree and became valedictorian of the PhD program.
💪 An extraordinary journey, the artist returned to a double-digit weight after 25 years, proving his admirable will and perseverance.
On this special occasion, DOHA attended as a long-time close friend. DOHA presented him with the work “Phong Van Trung Lai – Long Ma Tai Khoi”
Long Ma is a mascot that symbolizes good luck and prosperity, not only symbolizing strength and intelligence, but also a symbol of rebirth, perseverance and endless spirit of striving. The work is placed on a natural sassafras wood bonsai, with the shape of a red maple tree blooming brilliantly. The red color of the leaves is not a fading color, but the color of the fire that lives in the heart of the artist, as life grows older, the passion becomes brighter and more brilliant.
The image of Long Ma galloping towards the high mountains, steadfast and serene, like a message:
“At each age, we do not “retreat” in time, but “go up” to a deeper level of understanding, inner strength and health.”
